Large sale again this week with numbers similar to previous week. Factory lambs were back on last
week. Quality store lambs met with a similar trade to last week. There was a strong trade for stag
ewes with the smaller entry resulting in a complete clearance. The trade for breeding sheep was
similar to last week. Gates will be open from 8am from this Saturday the 5th of November.

Four ram lambs, 45kg, €100.00. Ten ewe lambs, 40kg, €107.00. Fourteen ram lambs, 44.2kg, €112.00.
Pen of ten clean lambs, €143.00. Seven ewe lambs, 44.6kg, €116.00. Three ewe lambs 48kg,€126.
Six ewe lambs, 49kg, €145.00. Twenty ewe lambs, 46.5kg, €130. Seven ewe lambs, 42.6kg, €123.

A smaller entry of stag ewes met with an improved trade on last week.
Price ranged from €74 to €160.
Breeding Sheep
Good sale of quality breeding ewes with prices similar to previous week with 1st and 2nd crops ranging
in price from €160 to €220.
Sheep sale every Saturday at 10am in person and online with ‘marteye’ in two “rings” ewe ring and lamb ring.
Gates open at 8am.
